Returns Policy

I hope that you are delighted with your purchase, however I understand that there might be times you want to return something.

If you are not completely satisfied, please send your unused item back to me within 30 days of purchase, and I’ll be happy to issue a refund or exchange immediately on receipt of the item.

I can only refund delivery costs where an item is faulty or an error has been made on my part. I recommend you use a recorded delivery service or retain proof of posting as I cannot be held responsible for items that get lost on their way back to me.

Please note, digital pattern files cannot be returned or refunded.
