Do you offer international shipping?

At present we only ship physical products within Ireland. 

Can I send my order to someone as a gift?

Of course! All orders are sent gift wrapped, and we can include a card with your message. You can leave the message in the box at checkout, or contact us by email.

Can I track my order?

An Post standard delivery doesn't include tracking, but it's normally a reliable service. Let us know if you haven't received your order within 5 working days.

What happens when I purchase a digital pattern?

After purchase, you'll receive a link to download your pattern. You'll receive a PDF file which you can print at home or take to a print shop or library to be printed.

Can I use a sewing machine?

The felt ornament patterns are really designed for hand stitching, but a sewing machine can be very useful for some of the dolls' body parts, and the seams of their clothes.

I'm a beginner - can I use these patterns?

Our patterns include detailed step by step instructions with photos and, with basic sewing ability, you should be making the simpler ornaments in no time! The dolls and the more detailed ornaments such as the Carousel collection are slightly more challenging projects, and some sewing experience will be useful, but you can always email me if you get stuck, and I'll be happy to help!
