Delivery

International shipping is included in the price of most of my products. Greeting cards and books have an additional shipping charge based on your location, which will be added at the checkout.

If you're in the United States, please be aware that import duties now apply. You'll receive an email from An Post mentioning Tilly & Puffin as the sender, asking you to pay the import fee to enable delivery.

If your order is a gift, I can post it to the recipient, and include a handwritten message if you wish. (All orders are gift wrapped before shipping.)

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. 

Digital pattern files are available for you to download immediately after purchase.

Please note that standard airmail from Ireland doesn't include tracking information. This is a good reliable service, but please be aware there may be delays with deliveries when shipping internationally.
